SI.C1. GENERAL NOTIONS OF MEDICAL SEMIOLOGY. Definition and object of semiology. Symptom and clinical sign, syndrome, disease and diagnosis. Clinical observation sheet, anamnesis and the objective examination. Classic general symptoms in semiology: fever, chills, sweating, headache, dizziness, vertigo, asthenia, fatigue, itching.
SI.C2. GENERAL NOTIONS OF MEDICAL SEMIOLOGYConstitutional types, facies, patient position and attitude, stature-weight changes, semiology of tegument and mucosa, oedema, adenopathy, splenomegaly.
SI.C3. SEMIOLOGY OF THE MUSCULOSKELETAL SYSTEMAnamnesis, objective examination, paraclinical exploration, muscle pathology: dystrophies, myopathies, myotonic disorders, polymyositis and dermatomyositis, myasthenia gravis. Bone semiology - history, objective examination, paraclinical examination, bone pathology: osteomyelitis, osteoporosis, osteomalacia, rickets, Paget's disease, bone tumours.
SI.C4. JOINT AND CONNECTIVE TISSUE SEMIOLOGYAnamnesis, objective examination, paraclinical exploration. Acute rheumatic fever, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren's syndrome, spondyloarthropathies seronegative.
SI.C5. JOINT AND CONNECTIVE TISSUE SEMIOLOGYBehçet's syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus, dermatomyositis and polymyositis, infectious arthritis, microcrystal-induced arthritis, arthrosis.

tricuspid insufficiency, stenosis and pulmonary insufficiency). Semiology of congenital heart diseases.

Semiology of rhythm and conduction disorders: sinus arrhythmias, atrial arrhythmias, ventricular arrhythmias, paroxysmal tachycardias, pre-excitation syndrome, sinoatrial blocks, atrioventricular blocks, intraventricular conduction disorders, fascicular blocks.
SII.C4. CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM SEMIOLOGY. Myocardial syndromes. Myocarditis. Semiology of myocardial ischemia: ischemic heart disease, exertional angina pectoris, unstable angina, acute heart attack. Cardiomyopathies (dilated, hypertrophic, restrictive, arrhythmogenic right ventricular, unclassified).

SI.LP1. Anamnesis. Drawing up the observation sheet - practical demonstration. Temperature sheet - temperature, pulse, blood pressure, diuresis curves. Method of drawing curves. Practical applications.
SI.LP2. General symptoms: fever, chills, headache, asthenia, sweating, itching, thirst, balance disorders, pain. Examples at the patient's bedside.
SI.LP3. Objective examination methods - practical demonstration. Current investigations. General inspection, statutory changes, constitutional types. Face examination and some face types. Examples at the patient's bedside.
SI.LP4. Examination of teguments, mucous membranes and flanks. Skin pallor and redness, cyanosis, jaundice, pigmentary disorders and elemental skin lesions. Changes in hair and nails. Subcutaneous cellular tissue examination. Generalised, regional and localised oedemas. Body weight changes:obesity and weight lossExamples at the patient's bedside.

SI.LP8. Spleen examination, splenomegaly - practical demonstration. Clinical presentations of patients with leukaemia, chronic myeloproliferative syndromes, lymphoproliferative syndromes and various haemorrhagic syndromes..
SI.LP9. Clinical presentations of patients with various blood diseases.
SI.LP10Anamnesis and local symptoms in respiratory diseases. Particular features of the anamnesis: chest pain, dyspnoea, cough, expectoration, haemoptysis. Objective examination of the respiratory system - practical demonstration (inspection, palpation, percussion, listening).
SI.LP11. Presentation of the methods of exploration in respiratory diseases: radiological examination, pleural puncture, bronchoscopy, pleuroscopy, pulmonary scintigraphy. Functional exploration of the respiratory system. Clinical presentations of patients with bronchial syndrome, alveolar distension syndrome (bronchial asthma, pulmonary emphysema).
