The activities held on November 23, 2023, at the 'Frații Buzești' National College in Craiova aimed to promote responsible behavior, prevention, and civic spirit among students, through the active involvement of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova in an educational initiative dedicated to health.

In this context, three thematic workshops were organized, where students benefited from information provided by specialists and future medical professionals, focusing on first aid, the principles of a healthy diet, and the adoption of proper dental habits.  The activities were conducted by teaching staff and volunteers from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova, who facilitated interaction with the students through presentations, practical demonstrations, and discussions tailored to their age and concerns, contributing to the clarification of essential aspects regarding the maintenance of health.

The initiative highlighted the importance of collaboration between academic institutions and pre-university education, being carried out with the support of the Dolj County School Inspectorate, through the involvement of Inspector Nirvana Mândruleanu. The activities were attended by representatives of UMF Craiova, namely Public Relations Counselor Dr. Cristina Pîrlog, Assistant Professor Dr. Cristina Geormăneanu, Associate Professor Dr. Constantin Kamal, Associate Professor Dr. Oana Andreea Diaconu, Assistant Lecturer Dr. Codruța Constantinescu, and Assistant Lecturer Dr. Andreea Stănuși, alongside university volunteers.
