The task of the General Administrative Department is to maintain the university's assets in normal conditions of use, with all that they contain: buildings, teaching and accommodation premises, fixed assets, equipment, teaching equipment and material.
Another important task is to make efficient use of all human and material resources for the fulfilment of the university's strategic and operational plans, in compliance with the decisions of the Senate and the Senate Office, in accordance with the legislation in force concerning protection, hygiene and safety at work, fire prevention and fire-fighting, employees' rights and obligations, organisation of working and rest time.
