2. Primary  and secondary assessment of the adult  and  child. Alterations in  consciousness. Safety position.

3. Obstruction of the  airway.

Causes  and  types of airway obstruction.  

Signs of incomplete airway obstruction.  

Signs of complete airway obstruction.  

Basic maneuvers  and techniques in the opening of the airway (triple Saffar maneuver,  Esmarck maneuver). ).

The modified Heimlich  and  Heimlich  maneuver.

4. Respiratory stop.

Chain of survival in adults and children

Primary support  of vital functions  in adults  and  children with one or more  rescuers. BLS sequence  (primary assessment, alerting, airway assistance,  ventilation assistance, assistance of circulation, reassessment, interruption of basic vital support).

Early external automatic  defibrillation.

5. Traumatized patient –  generalities,  precautions  and limits of  laic intervention. The chain  of survival in trauma. Cervical  spine protection. Mobilization of the traumatized patient  (Rauteck maneuver, patient return).

6. First aid for the patient with chest trauma .

The 6 rapidly fatal lesions in the thoracic trauma (identification –  emergency first aid).

Potentially fatal injuries in chest trauma (identification).
