LECTURE

  1. Elements of skin organ embryology. Anatomy and histology of the skin. Physiology of the skin.
  2. Diagnosis of dermatological conditions. General notions of dermatological therapeutics.
  3. Dermatoses caused by animal parasites: scabies, pediculosis. Cutaneo-mucosal mycoses.
  4. Pyoderma. Cutaneous tuberculosis. Leprosy. Skin diseases caused by viruses.
  5. Dermatoses with immune-allergic substrate: rashes, eczema, pruritus. Occupational dermatoses.
  6. Autoimmune diseases of the connective tissue (lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, dermatomyositis).
  7. Autoimmune bullous dermatoses: pemphigus, pemphigoid bullosa, Duhring-Brocq dermatitis herpetiformis. Porphyria cutanea tarda. Erythema multiforme.
  8. Psoriasis. Lichen. Pityriasis rosacea Gibert. Acne. Alopecia areata (baldness).
  9. Skin manifestations caused by chronic venous insufficiency. Genodermatoses: ichthyosis, Darier's disease. Paraneoplastic dermatoses.
  10. Benign skin tumours. Skin precancers. Skin cancers (basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, melanoma).
  11. Syphilis: etiopathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment.
  12. Gonococcal infection. Non-gonococcal urethritis. Urogenital trichomoniasis.
  13. Soft sling. Benign inguinal lymphogranulomatosis. Inguinal granuloma.
  14. AIDS: epidemiology, transmission routes, epidemiological risk groups, skin manifestations. Prevention and control of sexually transmitted infections.       
PRACTICAL WORKS
 
  1.  Anamnesis and clinical examination in patients with dermatological disorders.
  2. Recognition of elementary primitive lesions.
  3. Recognition of elementary secondary injuries.
  4. Paraclinical investigations for diagnosis: skin biopsy, mycological, bacteriological, parasitological examination.
  5. Topical treatment - types of dermatological preparations. Physical means of treatment: electrocoagulation, cryotherapy, phototherapy. 
  6. Diagnosis and treatment of patients with scabies, pediculosis, mycosis: presentation of clinical cases.
  7. Diagnosis and treatment of patients with pyoderma: presentation of clinical cases.
  8. Diagnosis and treatment of viral dermatoses: warts, herpes zoster, herpes simplex: presentation of clinical cases.
  9. Diagnosis and treatment of patients with rashes, eczema: presentation of clinical cases.
  10. Diagnosis and treatment of patients with autoimmune bullous dermatoses with porphyria cutanea tarda, erythema multiforme: presentation of clinical cases.     
  11. Diagnosis and treatment of patients with collagenosis, psoriasis, lichen, pityriasis rosacea Gibert: presentation of clinical cases.                                
  12. Diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic venous insufficiency, acne and alopecia areata (baldness): presentation of clinical cases.
  13. Diagnosis and treatment of benign tumours, precancers and skin cancers.
  14. Diagnosis and treatment of patients with sexually transmitted infections: presentation of clinical cases.
