Molecular Genomic Laboratory provides specialists with access to advanced technology for high-resolution genetic analysis.

It is known that proper storage of biological samples is necessary for generating quality results. The Laboratory disposes of a great variety of cryopreservation equipment: refrigerators, ultra-low temperature freezers (ex .: - 86 ° C ilShin and Skadi), liquid nitrogen storage vessels(ex. ARPEGE 110).

Isolation and purification of nucleic acids from different types of biological samples is carried out using both conventional methods (differential centrifugation, density gradient centrifugation, column separation, filtration, etc.) and using automatic systems (e.g. .: Maxwell®16 System - Promega).

-To prepare the PCR reaction mixtures we use automated pipetting system epMotion 5070 (Eppendorf).

 The laboratory includes:

- Two completely independent work streams for processing DNA & RNA;

- Automated DNA analysis system (Beckman CEQ8000) fragments (MLPA) and sequence;

- 2 Real-Time PCR Systems: RotorGene (Corbett / Qiagen) and Viia7 (Applied Biosystems);

- Array-CGH system (NimbleGen MS200 scanner, Roche) - Molecular Karyotyping, quantitative evaluation of the transcriptome, etc;

- Microfluidic system for analyzing the degree of fragmentation of the RNA (Bioanalysis 2100).
