Intensive Care Fundamentals (ICF) – Craiova
The University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova is pleased to announce the first Intensive Care Fundamentals (ICF) course held in Craiova, taking place on February 26–27. This landmark educational event is designed for medical residents and specialists eager to advance their expertise in intensive care medicine.
Organized under the auspices of the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine (ESICM), this course marks an academic premiere for Craiova. It brings together the entire teaching staff from the Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Department of UMF Craiova, working alongside ESICM-certified lecturers.
Intensive Care Fundamentals (ICF) is a modern educational program, standardized at the European level by ESICM experts, designed to provide a solid and coherent foundation in critical care management. The course is delivered by medical faculty with extensive clinical and teaching experience, all trained and certified according to European Society of Intensive Care Medicine standards.
The organization of this course confirms UMF Craiova's active role in European-level continuing medical education and solidifies the Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Department as a hub of academic and clinical excellence.
