For the citizens of the States members of the European Union, of those belonging to the Economic European Area and to the Swiss Confederation - admission to studies will be granted under the same circumstances as for the Romanian citizens; citizens in this category will take the admission examination in Romanian
The foreign citizens should take into consideration to obtain their Letters of Acceptance to Studies from MECI (Romanian Ministry of Education, Research and Innovation) - , before applying for a place in our University.

The registration dossier for the admission examination will contain:
The applicants will present their study documents with the Apostille of the Hague
- Period of registration for the admission contest: July, 10 - 20, 2009
- Registration fee: 150 RON
- Written examination: July, 22nd, 2009
- After the admission contest, they can take up a place financed by the state or a paying tuition fees place, the tuition fees being established by the University Senate
For the citizens of the States not members of the European Union,
Before coming to studies , the international students should have their documents endorsed within the Romanian embassies in their own countries; then, they should obtain a valid visa for studying in Romania
Romanian Diplomatic Mission Abroad
Acceptance to studies will be granted on the basis of the Letter of Acceptance to Studies from MECI (Romanian Ministry of Education, Research and Innovation) - General Direction for International Relations and European Affaires.
The accepted applicants will study on their own currency.
Submission period of dossiers to MECI: March, 1 - August, 30, 2009

Language of instruction
Romanian is required for all faculties of our University. Applicants must prove their proficiency in Romanian by participating in a test organized by the Ministry of Education, Research and Innovation. Foreign students that intend to study in Romania are offered by the University an option to register for the preparatory year. Length of the Romanian language course is one academic year.
